All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, or cancel orders due to errors in pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store your payment details.

By submitting a custom or personalised order, you agree that all details provided, including spelling, sizing and colour choices, are correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer unless the error is due to our process or system or we have made a mistake. If we make an error, we will provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on each product listing. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss and are not liable for damage caused by misuse of our products or failure to follow care instructions.

Customers must follow all care and application instructions provided and ensure products are used safely and appropriately. We are not responsible for damage or failure caused by incorrect use, installation, or failure to follow instructions.
