R E T U R N S

R A N G E D   I T E M S  (including Pre designed Pre Orders)

For items that are not custom-made (e.g., pre designed packs, cushions or ready made items) we offer a 14-day exchange or store credit if you change your mind.  Items must be returned unused and preferably in their original packaging.  You will need to cover the cost of mailing the items back to us which we will then inspect and finalise the change of mind upon receipt.  Any out of pocket costs that are incurred for return shipping is not refundable.  Change-of-mind returns are not available for custom or personalised items.
Please note: This exchange/store credit policy applies only to change-of-mind. Your rights to a full refund for faulty goods remain protected under the Australian Consumer Law.

We take care to ensure all custom details are followed as submitted.  We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (e.g. spelling, sizing, colour choice), unless the error is due to our process or system, or we have made a mistake, which we will then fix in line with your ACL rights.  

F A U L T Y   I T E M S
All care has been taken in the construction of our product and thorough inspections have been made before packaging.  If your item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from what was described or not fit for its intended purpose, please keep out of reach from children and contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue at info@littlecustomcreations.com .  Please include any photographs and information and we will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  Always follow safety information on the item packaging. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  Under Australian Law for a major failure with any product, you are entitled to choose between a full refund or a replacement. For minor problems that can be easily fixed, we may choose to repair the item for you.
We will cover any reasonable return shipping costs for items deemed faulty or incorrect items that were due to our error.


C A N C E L L A T I O N S
If you request to cancel your order beyond 24 hours of purchase, a small fee (e.g. 5%) may be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction costs charged by our payment providers.

S H I P P I N G  
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes - check each individual listing for pre order time frames and any leadtimes that items may incur.  Once an order is shipped delivery times are outside our control.  However, if your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
