Butterfly Wing Decorations with engineered internal structure to ensure beautiful fluttering wings hold their shape.  Minimally plush with four dreamy Tulle strips that drape softly from the center.   The reverse is lined with cotton and two loops on reverse enable item to be hung from the wall *follow safety warning/instructions.  Can be worn as costume wings on ages 3+ if used under adult supervision by tying tulle straps around arms gently.
