Our Wall Decals© are designed with a unique backing method © which has been exclusively designed to allow ease of use.   

They DO NOT include adhesive, since the final use is out of our control.

Follow safety warning on Little Custom Creations product packaging to find a safe and suitable space for application.

*Choose adhesive type that is safe on your surface (Adhesive is not included)
*Apply adhesive to backing disc
*Attach to desired surface

For Blu Tack Users
-Make a blob by tearing off a piece enough to fit onto the backing disc
-Pull and stretch into a ball and firstly apply to backing disc
-Attach securely to surface
-To remove, gently peel from one side to the other until removed from surface
-DO NOT pull off abruptly
-On some surfaces Blu Tack may leave a faint oily mark but this can be removed
by using a citrus based stain remover safe for your surface

For 3M Strip Users
-Choose a strip big enough to fit onto the backing disc
-Ensure you follow the weight rules on the 3M packet
-Apply strip to backing disc first as per 3M instructions
-Attach to surface as per 3M instructions
-To remove safely, follow instructions advised on 3M packet
-DO NOT pull off abruptly

P R E O R D E R S

Pre Order indicates that an item is not Ready Made and will require a leadtime before the items are ready to be sent.  If purchasing from various Pre Order leadtimes, the whole order will be sent at the time of longest Pre Order leadtime.  You will receive an email confirmation upon order placement, and, at the time of dispatch.  If you did not receive an email upon order placement, please check your email spam folders.

If you have a combination of Ready Made Items and Pre Order Items on the same order, your Ready Made Items will be kept aside until your Pre Order is ready and they will be shipped together unless they are on completely separate orders with two separate shipping charges.

Leadtime specified acts as a guide only and does NOT include transit time.  There can be factors out of our control which could cause the leadtime to vary slightly in unforeseen circumstances.  We will always be transparent if there were any major delays or impact to the product leadtime or completion.

R E L E A S E S

As we are a small business with handcrafted items, this limits us to a strict amount of product that can be produced at a certain time.  

Currently our product is in high demand and as such, our releases sell out within minutes.

The high amount of customer traffic at the one time, together with the limited amount of product means that sometimes you may have an item in your cart which becomes unavailable at the time that you are completing the checkout process.  Unfortunately this is out of our control and we are very transparent about this risk before our releases become live.  

Scenario - Over 500 customers are logged into webstore ready to purchase at the release time.  100 customers click "add to cart" on the same item at the exact same time.  There are only 50 pieces of that item available to purchase.  50 customers successfully pay and the other 50 customers who have this item in their cart are still processing their payment details just microseconds after.  Unfortunately then the item becomes Sold Out and the customers who have not yet finalised their payment details cannot proceed to purchase this item as it is Sold Out.

We have tried many different way's to control this, to no avail.  However, please be reassured that you will NOT be charged for any item that was not successfully purchased.  

We apologise in advance for any upset that this may cause, it is not our intent.  Please remember that out of the many that unfortunately miss out, there are very many that do purchase with success.

Even though we are sold out on our webstore, we have many stockists who may also help you purchase our product from their store and we will always hold another release as soon as we possibly can.

AFTERPAY! Payments are fully integrated with the store’s online checkout. All you need to do is choose Afterpay to pay via your Afterpay account as your payment option when you’re ready to buy.

 

S H I P P I N G

Once your items have been completed (based on individual listing Leadtimes) you will receive a shipping notification via email – please check your spam folders, with tracking information where applicable.

We will not automatically combine shipping for separate orders.  Please contact us for approval to combine separate orders into one postage fee.

Within Australia - via Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please or Sendle from Melbourne, Australia.  Carrier utilized will be at our best discretion for each order. 

If there is no safe space to leave your parcels, please ensure a different shipment address is specified ie. a parcel locker or PO Box.  We do not hold responsibility for missing parcels once they have been delivered to your nominated address.  

International - Via Australia Post International Express Post or DHL International Express Post.   Carrier utilized will be at our best discretion for each order.  Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, please proceed to the shipping section of the checkout to enter your location for postage options and pricing.  Upon proceeding, pricing will convert from Australian Dollars to your location currency.  If your location is not available, please contact us asap at littlecustomcreations@gmail.com and we will check postage and add to the postage zones.  Any Customs or Duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact us if you have any queries on this matter.  

GB / UK  .  From 01 January 2021, there are changes for BREXIT which customers will need to adhere to for shipping based on DAP/DDU.  We will send all UK orders, without charging VAT and duties, and the customer will be required to pay any extra funds at the time of delivery in the UK.   Further, if VAT expectations are not agreed to accordingly, your order may need to be cancelled and refunded.

  • Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. This option might keep you from having to manage the import process, but DAP creates unexpected costs for your customer and can result in delayed or returned shipments.

 Alternatively, you may visit our EU stockists to save on VAT and higher shipping charges.

R E T U R N S

We are sure you will adore your product.  If for any reason you are not happy, you may advise us of the return request within 3 days of receipt of your parcel, and if approved, must be returned at your return postage cost in the original unused condition.  Once we receive your item, we will confirm approval of refund, minus a 5% process fee which we are charged by our providers upon your original order.

If you request to cancel your preorder and contact us with your request beyond 24 hours of purchase, a 5% fee will incur to the refund, which are the fee’s that we are charged for your original transactions.

 

FAULTY ITEMS - All care has been taken in the construction of our product and thorough inspections have been made before packaging, however, if any items become detached or faulty please keep out of reach from children and report to us immediately.  We will review your situation and advise further steps accordingly.

No Custom Orders can be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests we feel are unreasonable.
